A few recent upgrades on my truck can be seen and experienced by seeing the tech section in our forum. 203/205 Doubler Triple Stick Shifter Hydro Assist Steering also added but not documented is the ARB air locker. and extreme extendable square tube front drive line.

Had a chance to get the Blazer up in the snow and I LOVE the ARB. It was a total different experience driving with an Open front end in the snow.. The old racheting style ( Aussie ) locker in the front meant it was basically locked up in the front all the time.. and in the snow.. that meant it wanted to go sideways on off camber area almost easier than going straight. The new ARB was nice... just by doing nothing.. ( ie not turning it on ) I was able to keep tracking straight up the hill without the tendency for the truck to slide sideways on off camber sections.. Made for a much more comfortable ride ( no vinyl to remove from between my buttocks ).
So... if you are considering locking the front of your rig... I suggest waiting and doing it right.. a Selectable locker. Dave.

Washed my truck today. I hope it will be ok.
Actually was not gonna do it... but... with a year or so on it,, and the Don't Fear The Jeeper Cruise In for the Yacolt Burn... I pulled into the pressure wash and plunked in $3 and did it.
I hate to admit it... but it looked ok kind of clean. ( almost enough to make me want to go ahead and start sanding it for paint.... ? hmm.. probably not. ) I saw a little of the factory blue poking through. Would be nice to have a clean looking rig... but then I would have to worry about it.. and I like that I don't have to worry about it. So.. maybe another can of flat black.
That is all. Dave.
