Sourced a few parts. Ill be using an old 7/10 gallon propane tank for my air tank and have made a fitting so nothing special needs to be done to the tank to use. So any tank will swap in. Just incase i damage this one..
As of nkw im thinking of mounting it under the bed of the truck close to where the stock spare would.

So i have thought about mounting the air tank in another location. The "tool" box i have for my truck is just big enough to mount either size tank i have into it. Down side is it removes available space for parts or tools. Up side is it'll keep me from snagging the tank on a rock or any thing else.. Here is the 5same gallon tank sitting in center of the box. This leaves decent room on both sides for tools ect.. The second picture shows a better perspective of the amount of room it'll take up in the box. Here is the larger tank. I would have to mount this length wise but would allow use of a small area of the full length of the box. Incase a hi-lift jack fits nicely.. and still decent room on both ends of the box for storage.

I didnt read your post at first. Just scrolled through. Thought that you were going to turn your box into a trail BBQ.

Lol ya feels like it some times ;-) . My pictures aren't showing up for me on my phone .. hope i dont have to go through and fix em.
But today was a good day. I bolted the box inplace so it doesnt move around. Put my front drive shaft back in. Aswell i removed two leafs from my front pack of 9. My truck looked like she was squatting to poop.. still need to lift the rear with.longer shackles and maybe blocks...

Got my alignment checked. Its all sorts of wacked out. But i was curious about my caster. Its 8.5&8.3* spec is 2.8-4.3 so im going cheap to save my driveline during max droop so i can aviod being in a bind. And going to source a 5.5*shim shim to put my caster at 2.8&3* which tightens it up to as far as i want it and still be in spec.
I have found a few places that sell 2,4,6,8* shims but 5the or 5.5*shim shims are a little rare. Did find a couple guys making custom shims for the same price or about as retailers.....
Next step after shims will be swap to 12" shock in front. Change my rear shackles and shorten front bump stops ...

Swapped front shocks out for twelve inch ones . Now i can shodten the bump stops. It'll allow for a little more up travel and the springs will invert some but not hittin bump stops will be well worth it.
