Finished welding and grinding smooth. Still have more to add, like my shackle mounts and I've decided to taper the ends a little before I cap them off.

Fabbed this during my last 4 lunch breaks, it's a little heavy being 1/2" steel, but hey it was free!!! I will be drilling some 2" holes to lighten it up a little bit.

Thanx for the compliment...1/8" steel is a little light if you plan on using your winch. 1/4" steel is fine with some gussets or a flange. I used 1/2" because it was free to me.

Yeah, you're probably right... My original plan was to use 3/8" AR500, but then my front bumper would be REALLY heavy... Maybe I'll use 1/4" AR500!

Painted and installed and then I tried to set the winch in.....OOPS!!! one dimension overlooked...dang it. I didn't leave myself enough room between the winch mount and the grill and now I have to modify and move the mount 3/4" away from the grill and over the top of the bumper. I should have test fit the 136lbs winch earlier...oh well, lesson learned lol
