231j/241c Doubler with clocking and super short rear output.

D&D machine doubler kit ( old style) installed on a late model 1998 and newer Jeep Cherokee (231j/ 241c). Forward case has a heavy duty 6 pinion planetary. D&D clocking ring. Rear transfercase is a Chevrolet 241c Driver drop, HD chain and planetary. 27 spline input with a JB conversions super short HD output. Rear case has a jeep 3 tooth ( 3 pulse per revolution) VSS output ( a JB conversions modification) . This transfer case doubler system will only work on 1998 and newer jeeps that have a 3 pulse VSS( vehicle speed sensor).
This doubler adds about 6.75" in length so it probably won't fit a TJ unless you have pushed the rear axle back. You will have to shorten the rear drive shaft/ lengthen the front drive shaft. You also will need something like an Advance Adapters Double transfercase cable shifter ( rubicrawler shifter) that goes in the original shifter location.
Currently has 1310 yokes installed but 1330s- 1350s are available. Floor pan and or skid plate mods will be required.
Fwd doubler Box has a jeep 23 spline input.
Fwd doubler Box mount pattern is 6 bolt circular.
Fwd Doubler box gear reduction is 2.72:1
Rear transfercase gear reduction 2.72:1
Gear ratios are: 1:1, 2.72:1, 7.39:1
Total length is aprox. 21.25" from Forward mount face to Centerline of rear U joint( yoke).
This would be a great crawler update for a 1998 and newer XJ Cherokee.
