it has a 8in skyjacker lift and will have detoit locker in the rear and a 427 big block chevy w/400hp and a th400 for now a np203 w/part time kit..it will have a dana 60 in the front (in a year or two..)and have a set of 38.5 or 40in and a hide away winch behind the front bumper.

sweet ride. what mods did you have with steering and drivelines with the 8in lift?you are a little more ahead on yours than i am on mine so if you dont mind i would like to pick your brain a little.

i might do the cross over using the ord nuckle and for drive lines 8in is the lemit with the stock lines.

ive thought about that same crossover kit as well. stock drivelines will take an 8in lift? i had a buddy that had an 87 he installed a 6in lift and his were too short. every vehicl is different i guess. ill just have to lift mine and find out how much mine will take. maybe with your being an older model you have different drivelines. or maybe his were replaced at one point with something different.

i hear ya about the cold. thats why mine aint runnin yet. so if the rear has the slip yoke at the transfer case then its too short but if it has the u-joint slip yoke its fine?
