Viair seems to have good options for electric onboard air compressors.
You could also run a CO2 tank with fittings to a system that is permanently plumbed for an external quick connect, and to any other air 'accessories' you might want to use.

Lowboy55: If you plan on keeping your truck & need good reliable air , use an engine driven 210 York compressor. This will quickly fill/ re-seat tires, run air tools all day long-- all your buddies will be asking for you to fill THEIR tires at the end of the day! Below is a company that makes a bracket kit for the 210 York compressor to fit 3.4l Tacomas. There are some things in the engine bay that need to be relocated to make it all fit, but it has & can be done. www.pnwfab.com/YorkOBAmount.htm A 210 York compressor can be sourced from Pick & Pull parts for less than $20. Rebuilt for around $150 . With all the extra parts to complete the installation: tanks, valves, fittings, pressure regulators/ filter, hoses, belts, the price does add up Quick, but you will never have to buy another OBA system! Hope this helps. Toyrocs

I love my York. I had 12V, and it was too slow... CO2 is great, but you have to certify the tanks and it costs to fill them. EDC OBA is free once it's in!

Has far as lights. I've been very pleased with my "KC slimline" day lighters. They have both driving and flood lights.

I didn't know there was a York option for the Taco's. That is the best OBA solution hands down!

I have a 2004 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab Need to buy Lift, 3" (no spacers) Single deep cycle battery 140amp ALT On Board Air Lights, spot, flood, fog What do you need a 140 amp alternator for ? The stock one will do just fine. Even with occasional winch use-- just let the winch cool down while at the same time your OEM alternator charges the battery. Try using your stock battery first as it may have more than enough reserve capacity for your use. You can always upgrade the alternator/ battery later if you find you need it ---- but I bet you don't! Save your money for more fun stuff like your sliders/ lift/ on board air. Don't waste your money on too many lights, as you will find you don't need/ use them! Besides many extra lights that are installed on trucks, get damaged/ torn-off by rocks ( rock lights), tree limbs, tree trunks etc. If do install them, have a good protected area to mount them. Ordered new black steel wheels from Les Schwab, they had it half a day (I was at work so no big deal) and called to say that the offset was wrong and they had to put my stock rims back on.
Bummed me out, now I have to go find other wheels
Any suggestions

This is just not my week. Yesterday the new wheels did not fit, today the mechanic who does the lift did not show up for work. Now I have to re-schedule. Why is it so hard to spend money???

You are having a bad week. hopefully you get a better deal from these problems IE a cheaper price for dealing with un-professionalism
