Hey PW, We're putting on a big Offroad Show on Sunday, August 8th 2010. We're going to be opening up registration very soon and we're expecting well over 100 Jeeps and other offroad rigs to show. We're going to raise some good dough at this and we're going to be putting it all in a pool to go towards the Yacolt Burn Trail project. BBQ, silent auction/raffle, RTI ramps, prizes, etc. This is the same weekend as Dunefest in Oregon, but for those of you who are staying around here, it is going to be a really good show. I'll update you all when registration opens up. Here's the flyer: Thanks! Bricktop2 aka Brian Sanders

I'm gonna try to make it. I am in a wedding that weekend and they might have a brunch thing that morning.

It turns out that I will not be making it, so if you would like to take my name and rigs off the registry that would be great. I would like to go but it turns out that's the same day as the all Datsun show at Blue Lake Park.....BOOOOO! as the crowd goes wild in disgust, lol I dont care, its the only Datto show I go to with my rigs but I would love have been able to make this one. The show is a week early this year so that's why I didn't notice it. Have fun and make lots of money for the Burn!
Thanks

my apologies. i mis-read the original post about this event. the ad says "dont fear the jeeper" and i thought it was a jeep only event. thatll teach me to read fast. as iceman said i too will be putting the word out. are there flyers for this that i could get? i drive all over portland, vancouver and see all kinds of kick a** rigs. i could put aflyer on their windows.

Wow it's terrific to see so many of you sign up! No worries to those of you who can't make it. I may ask for some help with pointing people in the right direction when they arrive and maybe help with the RTI ramps to make sure people are safe. And although Jessica Kimmick should be there, we may point a few people with questions about the Burn in the direction of people wearing PW gear since many of you are involved or know who to point them to.
Thanks for all the support.
On a side note, we're looking for a few more homemade trophies to give away. Basically any old parts welded together in the shape of a trophy. We'll get engraved plates put on them. If anyone is willing to donate something along these lines, I'd be grateful. I'll throw you a DFTJ shirt or hat too. Not much, but I'm over my budget for this thing already. Oh well, it's for a great cause.
