I didn't know the four squirrels made enough power to break an axle. ;D
What did you have in there before, and where did you break it?
I think the new RCV's will do the job.

Stock axles are great for pound the gravel roads out here or cruising the mall, but not doing wide open throttle assaults on Waterfall ;D

Those look nice. I up-graded the Black Jeep Cherokee Rescue Rig Dana 30 axles to CV axles from u-joints. Was hard finding the right ones where the axle seal wouldn't leak. The newer grand cherokees come with CV axles on the Dana 30. They bolted right in without any mods. Probably not as strong as those that you got, but I figured it is an improvement from the u-joints.

Those are exactly what I would put back in as soon as mine decide they hate life on the trail. Looks good!

they are strong enough to not break. they make everything els the weak link, axel tubes, ring and pinion, driveline u joint, ect. you wont ever have to carry spare axels again.

Here is a custom RCV shaft that came out of Tim Cameron's "Moon Rover" It has 14 bolt axles at each end with rear steer, and a lot of HP And here is how he broke it

I find it extremely impressive that shaft held up as good as it did considering the driving style, HP from the BB, and the tires he was running. I think once Pat gets his V8 put in, he'll be the Tim Cameron of the PNW. ;D

ha ha thats funny guys I think they will hold up the turning is tighter I can turn till the caliper hits the coilover now a lot tighter than a u joint I can get dealer pricing on these axles but there still not cheep. I also had to upgrade the hubs to 30 spline I hope the hub breaks first. if not the ring and pinion will be the weak spot
