No, Its not for Ozwald! ;D My wifes Escape couldnt escape in time and got rear ended a week or so ago. I thought I would ask if anyone here would recomend a auto body shop locally to repair her hard core carnage!!! I tried telling her that she needed an exo cage (commuting is tough stuff!) but she aint going for it I'll have to get pictures later, I can't find my camera.... Its actually not bad... rear bumper and the rear hatch / door got hit.

When Darel's big F-350 needs work, like the telephone pole incident, we like to use Courtesy Ford over in Portland (especially on someone else's dime). They do good work and they use only original Ford parts. They turned that job around in 4 days -- sweeeet... About two months after they did the repair from the telephone pole incident - we found out via a slow air leak that we had a cracked aluminum wheel as collateral damage from the accident - they re-opened the claim with the insurance and replaced the ($450) wheel with no hassles. Ask for George @ 503-408-2280
When I got rear-ended in my Explorer - Leif's in Vancouver on Andreson did a nice job and there were NO HASSLES - I liked that. Same thing - they use original OEM parts and repair to new condition. A little slow on the turn around (two weeks), but I had a nice rental that insurance paid for - so no biggie...
One of Piston's Wild own, Bill Meyer, is the bodyman for Kuni Cadillac, but I've never been there before...
I would stay away from Vancouver Ford, Westlie Ford and Landmark Ford - they seem to hire automotive tech-guessers instead of automotive technicians - I would presume their bodymen are in the same category...
Good luck,
Crystal
