I just received this e-mail from Stephanie Beall - Oregon Department of Forestry. Great job to everyone who helped make sure these guys got what they deserved... * * * * * Hi Everyone, I just wanted to follow-up and let you know the outcome of the law enforcement investigation into the video postings of unlawful OHV activity in the Tillamook State Forest that popped up across the internet last month. Due to your vigilance in reporting the video footage and helping to identify the locations of the unlawful activity, the deputies have cited the four individuals featured operating 4x4s unlawfully on ATV / Motorcycle trails in the video footage. (Please note that the plate numbers visible on the vehicles are not tied to the individuals featured in the videos. It turns out that all of the vehicles had been recently sold and the registrations had not yet been updated with the DMV.) Thank-you for helping to keep the Tillamook State Forest a safe place for OHV enthusiasts! Stephanie A. Beall Recreation Coordinator Tillamook State Forest 801 Gales Creek Road Forest Grove, OR 97116 503.359.7464 egov.oregon.gov/ODF/TSF/Recreation.shtml
