Yes a great day at TSF. We had 14 rigs total, and I counted 28 people. That is a GREAT turn out . We were all at Rogers Camp at 9:00am and everyone was aired down and at the drivers meeting by 9:20. We left a hit every trail without to many problems. It was my brothers maiden voyage in his red 1990 XJ so he was putting it to the test and had some transfer case issues but they were resolved quickly. We hit Firebreak 5 at about 11am and stopped at the bypass for lunch. After everyone had a Brat and was soaking wet we all got in our rigs an ran the upper portion of the trail. We found a mostly stock xj on the trail stuck so we helped him out by stacking some wood under the tires to get him over the stump then he was on his way. Some of the Group ran airplane to no avail. They took the bypass because it was just to wet. We all made it back to Rogers camp by 5:00pm. Then we were off to Red Robin were they are always happy to see us. Had some great food, some great laughs, and last but not least a great day in the woods. Thanks to all that could come and be great stewards off the forest. Also show some non club members how great it is to have a fun club to spend time with. Until next month keep it rubber side down.
