ok well finally took the scout for its first tsf brownscamp run. she did awesome. didn't brake but did find a few things I need to fix or figure out and i may have a rear ring and pinion on the way out no big deal it. here are a few photo's I will have more from a buddy soon. We ran firebreak 5 up to saddle up, to airplane hill, to backside of 7up, to hogsback through archers firebreak to canopener. it was packed took archers to waterfall some old man blew a heater core line and just left his truck in the middle of the trail so back to camp with a broken toyota in tow. Then we did a night run up firebreak 5 up to crushers into airplane again. Then sunday did run through the crushers then to airplane where I finally tried and got denied and dented up the rear quarter panel.
By mudmainac3 at 2012-05-27 here is the body damage that insued. hit a tree in the crushers small dent but then slid into a stump on airplane hill and had to back up and pushed the rear quarter into a crease kicked it strait enough
By mudmainac3 at 2012-05-27 Here is one from airplane. I got denied but only saw 2 tubed based buggy's make it up and 1 linked toyota so didn't feel to bad I did smash my rear quarter up on looks flared out.
Here is on our way back to camp from canopener to brownscamp. the blue toyotas fuel pump went out so we towed it back and then his caliper started leaking so I had to hook a strap behind him to stop him from smashing into the back of the other toyota
By mudmainac3 at 2012-05-27 there is a real deep hole by firebreak 5 if you arent careful you could roll into it. 4 inch's more and it was another 2 foot drop off
well figured out why my front driveline was not spinning freely in 2wd with the hubs unlocked
By mudmainac3 at 2012-05-28 broke my hub locking gear in multiple places
ANSWER: CAUSE YOU RUN TOYOTA PARTS..... ;D had to sorry, not really sorry, just had to after all the brand comments. I'm glad to see you made your goal for making this weekend. looks like it performed well for you. Love the real men wear pink theme
Seen your ride at the TB on 117th today after work sitting behind about 6 or 7 cars and probably hating life in the moment. At first I was like, "that could be anyones pink scout", but then I decided it matched the pictures.. lol Looks like it took care of business out in the woods though.. good build.

poorboy: Can somebody give me the official rules for the Cowbell please?
May 8, 2016 15:26:47 GMT -8
Wyldman: The Cowbell... If you are a club member and you're on one of our wheelin' trips. If you get stuck on an obstacle and have to be pulled out by your winch or someone elses winch/strap. You earn the Cowbell.

poorboy: Wyldman, I got to see the passing of the bell at the meeting and learned quite a bit about the tradition.
