Sometimes I don't post things for a reason.
But here are the details that you asked for as long as you don't mind cleaning up a non-motorized area.
For the record, I don't mind helping other user groups - however, I do mind when our motorized stewardship is being diverted to non-motorized areas.
We WILL have chainsaw certification training in the near future for those who missed it. The training will take place in the motorized area of the forest where our efforts will benefit motorized sports.
Be aware - if the motorized community "throws their weight" into non-motorized projects, providing DNR the hours they need to meet their committments - they will NO LONGER be motivated to add motorized trails in the Yacolt Burn.
Do the right thing - skip this one for now . . .

Prep Day for Rock Creek Hoedown Saturday, March 24, 2012
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Join DNR Staff and other partners
from BCH and WTRA (Wash Trail Riders Assn.)
Help prep campground for Hoedown work party.
Work includes clearing branches, removing downed trees, prepping campground and trails for work party.
What to Bring
Water, lunch, boots, gloves, rain gear, tools (hand tools, tractors/machinery for expanding parking areas)

DirectionsFrom Battle Ground; Take Highway 503 north towards Amboy.
Travel 5-6 miles and turn left onto Rock Creek Rd.
Follow for 8.7 miles and turn right onto Sunset Falls Rd.
Travel 2.1 miles and turn right onto Dole Valley Rd.
Turn left into the Rock Creek Campground.

Work will consist of culvert installations, trail-hardening, rock-hauling,
building and installing motorized vehicle restrictors. What to Bring
Water, lunch, boots, gloves, rain gear, tools (DNR will supply miscellaneous tools, but feel free to bring your favorite hand tool), rock-hauling equipment if available.

Directions
From Battle Ground; Take Highway 503 north towards Amboy.
Travel 5-6 miles and turn left onto Rock Creek Rd.
Follow for 8.7 miles and turn right onto Sunset Falls Rd.
Travel 2.1 miles and turn right onto Dole Valley Rd.
After 2.2 miles turn left onto the 1100 gravel road.
Continue on the 1100 for 3 miles and turn right at the intersection.
Parking lot is around the corner on the left.
