It looks like WOHVA is challenging the definition and WAC's surrounding the Discover Pass and OHV's.
It will be interesting to see what comes of this.
Our $100 WOHVA membership is the best money this club spends all year long. You can help at: www.wohva.org
Tod Petersen is a pit bull for OHV rights in the state of Washington - I sleep better at night knowing he's out there doing his thing.
Attached is a copy of the challenge letter detailing his complaints regarding the policies in conflict with State law as well as being financially counterproductive for the DNR. This is a very effective argument that may result in some financial relief for dual-registered 4x4's on DNR land.
My life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body... But rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming... WOW! What a Wild Ride!
ExCabSwap: The wind there looks horrible... Still worth it haha

poorboy: Can somebody give me the official rules for the Cowbell please?

Wyldman: The Cowbell... If you are a club member and you're on one of our wheelin' trips. If you get stuck on an obstacle and have to be pulled out by your winch or someone elses winch/strap. You earn the Cowbell.

poorboy: Wyldman, I got to see the passing of the bell at the meeting and learned quite a bit about the tradition.
