Thanks. Yesterday I ordered 6.5 t-case gears, a spool, high-steer and a carb vent. Tonight I cleaned the carb, gave it a tune up and installed the alternator. Forgot that it is manual fuel pump though, and I ran out of time trying to get fuel back up to the carb. Tomorrow.

Nice sammy. I have had mine since last summer and have been getting it trail ready. I put on 33 bfg km2s, 6.5 t-case, 5.13 axle gears, spool rear, arb front, and YJ springs. I also recently picked up a hard top like yours. I still need to put on longer shocks and get the front drive shaft finished. Here is a pic: I live near Fern Prairie Market and would like to hang out some time and talk sammies. I have been looking for a local sammy owner to meet up with.

I got my t-case gears done today, but I didn't spend enough time at the shop to get the rest done, so I'll be doing it after work. I live .5 miles from the fern prairie store. This weekend I will be putting on my sons birthday party, but the following one maybe we could put together a small snow run up to Silverstar, 3 corner rock, or maybe just Larch... I haven't been up there, but I heard the snow was pretty deep just right up the road from us. Curt

Got the clutch done and the forman-dyno tuner at my shop got the engine running really well for what it is. Didn't take any pics cause it was all pretty straight forward stuff.

Clicky start fix done. Didn't start to do it until after I did the clutch, and the connection appeared ok even though I didn't take much care when I dropped the starter out. Installed a relay from napa and all is well.

I have not taken the Zuk into the woods yet, but I did play around in my uncles back yard on a hill my Grandpa made when he was still alive. Flexed it up by taking the hill with just one tire and I didn't get out to look but it felt really awkward and tippy. I may have to lower the zuk and modify my fenderwell openings for softer springs. These springs may be better for SPUA Sammy. Will lift a corner with the forklift sometime this week.

Can you please post some pics of your hardtop mounting brackets or cam latches? I have one I want to put on but not sure how it mounts to the body.
