If there are only 100 spots, are you going to post when closed? That many purple checking this out, I want to make sure us and three others have entries in.

Hi Sara and Cory, I'm not in charge of this event but as a club member I'll share my insight with you. I would advise you to send your registrations in asap to secure your spot. Have your friends do the same. This event has had allot of exposure so far and we would hate for anyone to miss out. Of course like most events many people will show up day of and hope to register then. So it's always hard to know a total count until day of. In regards to posting when we reach the 100 available spots l will leave that question up to one of the Volunteers planning the event. Sorry for not offering a real answers, I just like sticking my nose in.

Hi Sara and Cory, We are expecting to still have open spots on the day of the poker run. But there is always that chance that the event will sellout before then. Like Petee said early registrations is the best way to secure your spot. Also early registration before June 17th is $40. All registration after June 17th is $50 including the day of the event. Now to answer your original question if we do sellout before the day of the poker run we will make an announcement. Thanks, Daryl

Went out there Yesterday. tried to follow that map we had and that thing did nto help at all Took me a couple hours to orientate myself but that was good as I was learning how the trails were laid out. I found what I thought was checkpoint one, but learned it was not. I actually had to take the first trail to find the right spot and checkpoint 2 as well. So I found Checkpoint 1 and 2 alone. Then hooked up with some folks in a sammy and a new green 4 door Rubicon. They wanted to go up Cedar Tree which was along the way to Checkpoint 3. SO I went with them. The new Rubi got stuck a couple times and had to help him. Got to Cedar tree though and they departed. It was like 6 PM at that point so I headed to a main road and went back to camp. I wasnt sure where checkpoint 3 was according to the map. I figure I had to be close though. We normally turned left after the cedar tree exit if I recall and it was likely up that way. I will likely head out again next weekend if anyone would like to come along. I just want to be familiar with the trails and where they are before the poker run as well as the checkpoints in case anything happens and we need to get to a checkpoint.

Thanks to Tommy, Anell, Amanda and Jamie for coming to give me a ride Saturday to pick up the Jeep from the Dealership. The Dealership Service side apparently does not understand that ther shuttle doesnt run on Saturdays... However, they fixed the exhaust leak! Needed a new gasket and was covered under warranty. On the trails when i was exploring - I did not have the bottom come in contact with anything while on the trails from Powerline all the way through Cedar Tree. This makes me very happy Even if it did - I got this huge skid plate installed now as well. Goes from the oil pan all the way back to the Transfer case skid plate. lastly - going under the Cedar tree is a much tighter fit now with the lift - Not sure it would make it with the hard top anymore as the current configuration was getting hung up

Thats nice that the exhaust leak was covered under warranty! Sounds like a good day trip to TSF.

myrradah, I wouldn't claim that we got ourselves stuck, but lost at best. I let people by twice as well as driving up that trail with a toddler on-board makes for a slow ride :-)

Hi, I noticed registration deadline was June 17. Is there I chance I can still register for the Poker Run? Thanks :-) Ulf The June 17th was early registration deadline to save $10. We still have openings for the Poker Run - you can just show up the day of the event and we will make sure you get in. The only difference is the event cost will be $50 instead of $40. We look forward to seeing you there... Crystal
