Are you putting the flares back on or leaving it as is? Yes flares are going back on. I had some serious tire slicing going on and decided I better remedy that before installing the new tires.

Just saw the first pic of your build thread again when I opened this up.. You've done an awesome job, and come a long ways since then. I'm excited to see what's next with this build Thanx Phil, I still need to build a swing-away tire/jerry can carrier. Also a belly skid is in my very near future

I have some ideas for the future that are going to push our fuel capacity limits.

After abusing my worn out tires on Quack Attack I mounted the first two tires to the wheels Centered the outer ring Added bolts and air to seat the inner bead And couldn't resist seeing how it's gonna look

And here they are mounted and on the Jeepster. Added one additional leaf to the front pack to help clear the new rubber.

With the recent starting issues I have decided to add a push button for starting. Along with that is the beginning of rewiring the entire Jeepster. Started by removing the solenoid/ignition wire harness Drilled a hole in the firewall and added a grommet for protection Replaced the old crusty harness with this 12ga marine grade electrical cable

So I decided to order all new Autometer Z series gauges including Speedo, Tach, Air psi,Temp, Oil, Amps, and switches. And then I started making gauge panels using 10ga aluminum I also made an aluminum bikini top and painted it to match
