Some electrical goodies have been showing up for the rewiring project. Headlights, wipers, and heater switch Tach Air pressure Coolant Temp I am still at the drawing board for locations of the gauges and switches, also waiting on Oil Pressure, Fuel Level, and I haven't decided yet on either a Volt or an Amp gauge. What is the preferred gauge for electrical monitoring?

Awesome gauges!
Voltage is a really great sign of battery life, as well as alternator function.
With a dual battery setup, I've seen some people monitor amperage, but unless you're worried that something will be drawing high current, it might not be worth it.
Tach-looks like you're already cruisin!

I liked the aluminum look on the top of the roll cage. I also liked the bare aluminum on top until towing it home from Hoodoo, the sun was reflecting off it into my rearview and it was like some @$$hole behind me had his light bar turned on lol

Awesome gauges! Tach-looks like you're already cruisin! Thanx Phil, the tach is what Autometer calls "Air Core" technology and it's normal for then to sit off of zero until hooked up

I test fit the new gauge panel in the dash While at Napa I found some momentary push button switches to use for winch cable In and Out And also found some jump start lugs that will be a neat little feature Here is the winch controls mounted. Green lighted rocker switch to power the push buttons. Also made a harness for the gauge lights.

Progress on the headlight circuit. Wired in a relay for the low beams and a relay for the high beams to take take the load of the switch. I am using 12ga and 10ga because it's what I have. Once all the wires are run I will loom clean up the mess. I scored a great deal on this Odyssey Performance 31-800 battery. 1600 pulse cranking amps, 188 minutes of reserve power.....it's a badass!!!! Because of its size I decided to mount in the back Added the indicator lights and reinstalled the gauges. It'sgetting close to being installed in the dash.

Happy Thanksgiving!!! Wired in a 150amp circuit breaker from the alternator to the ignition switch and headlight relays I tested the headlights, low beams and high beams both work. Then I wired the 12v+ and grounds at the back of the gauges and lights Unfortunately I soon realized that the location of the Speedo will not work because the speedo cable is almost touching the defrost vent. So I switched the Speedo and Tach locations and cut apart the freshly done wiring harness lol

After running all new wires to the tail lights, I determined there is a bad socket in the original driver side tail light. Instead of trying to find OE or used (possibly with the same socket issue) I found some aftermarket ones that will look appropriate. Now I must make them fit as easy as possible without looking like a "hack" job lol. I started with some 1/8" aluminum, took some measurements 6-5/8"×2-1/2", did a little layout, and busted out the 2-1/2" hole saw. I then proceeded to use a cutoff wheel to cut between the circles And then test fit Painted OD Green to match. While paint was drying I connected the pigtails to the appropriate wires and then mounted using stainless hardware Tail light Stop and turn
