What car do you want aligned before I answer this... Or whats the issue and I can help (considering I've spent more than my fair share doing alignments)

Just my .02 but I've had really great service with the lifetime alignment at firestone. I don't buy tires there, but they said that the lifetime alignment will still be valid after my axle swap... and it's only about the cost of 2 alignments...

Do it your self. Find center of tires and mark front and rear of center. Measure front and rear. You want your measurements to be as close to equal as you can get. Maybe 1/64" tighter "toed in" in the front. Sonas you drive the wheels straighten up and take out slop from the steering gear.
Your camber is not adjustable any more and caster is not a wearable angle . But can cause a wonder

Pulls to which ever side the crown is on That is normal. And its a drift . A pull will fight you on flat ground. Ps. My comment about toe was gor phil and his yota axle. Superduty can have special balljoints installed for camber/caster

I'll do the best I can like you said 7m4x4dude, but I'll still try and take it to firestone, just because I already have the lifetime alignments...

Your camber is not adjustable any more and caster is not a wearable angle . But can cause a wonder I'm going to correct you slightly on this. Camber and Caster is adjustable on these trucks buts its all done at once. And its actually fairly easy to adjust if you have the right tools, equipment(read as alignment equipment/gauges) and know how to do it . I know you have that last part under control. I've done far to many of these then I want to count. These trucks run what they call an adjustable ball joint bushing. (see below) These can be found in offsets of anywhere from .25* up to 2-2.5 degrees. You have to know which way its pointed and the size of the one that is in the truck to know how much bigger or smaller you need. And also what angle to set it at. The housing itself is set at a predetermined angle but over the years of wear & tear, abuse and aftermarket parts differing from OE things need to be changed.
