Hi Folks,
My name is Jon, and I am new here. I was introduced to the Pistons Wild Motor sports Club by the incident that occurred up at Larch this last weekend. Before I go to much further here though I want to stop and thank you folks for the work you are doing in my area.
I am amazed at the work you folks have done with the DNR and other agencies. I am even more impressed with the work you folks have done in clearing vehicles, surveying trails, patrolling the forest, and educating off roaders and others on responsible wheeling. You've done a lot to improve peoples perception of our sport. At times, thats not an easy thing to do... Nice job folks!!! I look forward to helping with all of these things. More on that to come.
I live in Vancouver, have two kids, two dogs, a cat and amazing wife. She's amazing not only because she puts up with all of us, but also because she is encouraging me to get more into my hobby of off roading / expedition type trips. I've been a bit of a work-aholic the last few years, but finally have time to invest in enjoying my hobby.
I am the proud owner of a 2007 FJ Cruiser. The only thing I don't like is the color (yellow), but we've grown accustomed to it and its become a part of our family. My son has named it Ozwald... not sure why :-)

- Skids gotta protect all that stuff.
- Aftermarket sliders (I've got the OEM ones now).

I could go on for days, but its time to start dinner...
Anyway, thanks for all you folks have done so far. I appreciate and I am sure others will as well. I'll be seeing you at the next meeting and on the trails...
Bye for now,
Jon
