Hello to all, my name is Tom Petrak and I am with the Jolly Jeepers. I am new to your forum but have seen many of you on the trail or in the woods over the past couple years. On behalf of the Jolly Jeepers I am sending out an open invite to our yearly Christmas tree run held on December 12th. We will be meeting at the Sandy Safeway and departing at 8:39am. Our club buys hot dogs and buns for a bon-fire and weenie roast. We wheel as a group as far as the pack can go then brake out the sleds and hot dog cooking sticks. All that we ask is that you bring a peace of dry fire wood and your own eating utensiles and beverage. Feel free to reply with your input......Thanks Tom Petrak V.P. Jolly Jeepers

Just out of curiosity, why the 8:39am departure time? ;D Sounds like a fun time for all The Jolly Jeepers used always say "We're going to leave about 8:30 to 9:00" and now it has become "We're leaving at 8:39" This narrows it down a bit.

That is pretty close on the time thing, we meet between 8:30-9:00 am and leave at 9:00ish just in case there are any late stragglers. This is just what the club does, I like to throw the them off and set my runs for 9:30-10. Slow down Mr. RED XJ the run is not untill DECEMBER 12th. We where up playing in the snow at Browns camp yesterday, 10+ inches on the top of 7UP hill. We had 8 rigs and a ruff start with ice on HWY 6 but in all we had alot of fun.....nothing like 8 grown men having a snow ball fight!

could have been green or grey and without fuel injection for sure. driver was jacking around trying to air it down further after several try's. it was really icy that day on the steep. my wheelin bro and i rolled past everyone on the steep section and murry and some other cat in long arm jeep ?tj on 37's were at the cross road waiting. we had a nice chat for twenty minutes waiting but we left before the cj made that section. we ran into the jeepers three hours later two hundred yards from where we left them. we came from the other direction and they we having a picnic in the middle of the road. they offer to move but we declined the offer and played through the ditch, no worries. we were rolling in a couple tj's green and silver on 35's and 37 locked and loaded.

I had to have Murray and Lee (long arm TJ) pull 200' of cable to get me up that hill. Still running that carb to, just till I get time to park it been to busy playin. It was knida fun eating lunch in the road with white-out-snow comming down, that was a good year for the snow pack. Murray is leading our tree run agian and it should be fun.

Thanks, Tom. Sounds like fun, although the snow is odd this year, I understand. We'll try to make it.
