Good work on lending a hand to the folks in need on the quads, I could imagine they must have been very frustrated. And what the heck is with people all the way from Oregon doing up on Jackson Pass dumping and burning I went for a ride on my dualsport last weekend up in the burn and came across some people in a mini van with Oregon plates trying to dump some yard debris in Dole Valley in front of a locked gate. They quickly sped off as we approached them

Nice job helping out the wounded casualty. And also for getting pics of the dumpers and hopefully they will be dealt with in such a way to put a big dent in their wallet.
Oregon resident dumping up there they should toss the book at them.

Just remember that the plates don't mean they are Oregon residents, only that the truck is registered in Oregon. It could be people scamming out of there taxes, I know that was a big problem in Vancouver some years back. They were dumping illegally thats a fact but there residence is unknown. with that said give them a years worth of Saturday community service and require a $500 dollar non tax deductible donation to DNR or the Forest Service. Or death by firing squad lol.
