Does anybody have this in their 231 TC? I just bought one, and am excited about getting it in. I'm running an auto locker, and solid passenger axle. This kit is WAAAAAY cheaper than a hub conversion or D44 swap.

I could see it if you ran a welded front diff but I would never on a D30 unless you carried an endless supply of spare shafts. Are you wanting to turn sharper? Back when I use to sport the frame-less wonders I opted for the Tera Low 4:1 t-case and ran an ARB up front and never looked back

Anglebar the Tera 2low just makes it so you can run low range while in two wheel drive (rear wheel), it doesn't give you front dig capability.
It's definitely on my to do list. I run a manual with an Aussie in the front, and would love to be able to run 2 low. All the people I know who have it love, and often say it's one of the best mods they've done. Plus it doesn't break the bank either.
Lets us know how you like it.

TORX, I know what it is and does but not really sure I understand why. Are you wanting to disengage the front so you can turn sharper but still be in low-range? Just curious when you would actually need 2wd low range.

I opted for the 4:1 kit only. IMO the 2wLo kit is a waist of time and money. I don't see a need for it myself. Just my .02
