Outdoor Recreation Worth Billions!!!

Outdoor Recreation in America is a huge business, bringing BILLIONS of dollars into our economy.

The numbers are in....look what outdoor recreation does for America:

- 6.1 million american jobs
- $646 billion in outdoor recreation spending each year
- $39.9 billion in federal tax revenue
- $39.7 billion in state/local tax revenue
- $53 billion on snow sports ($54 billion on internet access)

140 million americans recreate outside.
50 million use OHV’s

So I thought this was great news (not that I already didn't know this) and have passed it along to multiple other sites. Some have taken it down because they don't allow Political threads on their site witch I understand. I also posted this on a site that I am on almost as much as this site. I thought they would love it. NOPE they took it and started a battle with it between multiple members and just ruined the whole point. I can't believe people. I posted a pretty nasty message about how childish they are. After word I PM’ed all the moderators and just said to remove the thread because that forum couldn't handle it. I don't know why I’m posting this. I guess I just need a place to rant. Sorry Guys and Gals have a good night. ;D
