I was thinking of this sticker on Friday night for some reason and realized I dont think I had ever posted the picture.... so here it is. I saw this on the side of one of the sweep crew's jeeps at the Oregon Trail Rally this year... Heres the jeep it was on... Nice guy, and that Disco next to it was sweet.... all original. Anyway, I thought it was a cool sticker... I need to find one for the truck (cause I am off balance ;D ).

Hey Jon,
We know that guy too. That red Jeep belongs to Gary "Webfooter" Johnson. A long time member of the Pacific Northwest 4-Wheel Drive Association. Nice guy!
On a personal note -- I hope you don't think that our activities on Friday evening were wasteful - if so, I'm not doing a very good job of explaining the purpose of the project to the group - and for that I apologize and I will try harder in the future...
Just in case I dropped the ball - here is a snapshot:
The two primary objectives of the Department of Natural Resources when it comes to recreation on their land are:
#1 PUBLIC SAFETY #2 RESOURCE PROTECTION
Only when those two objectives are consistently being met can new recreation opportunities be created. If at any time either of those two objectives become compromised - access to public recreation will historically be at risk.
I have a bad habit of reading too much into things - if that was the case --OOPS! -- My bad.
If that wasn't the case - I hope this information helps in the meantime...

No No No.... Not at all... Sorry if I gave you that impression. The only thing I thought that was wasteful about Friday was all the paved roads... ;D I completely get (and suppoprt) why we do what we do and dont consider it wasteful at all... And on a side note, I swear, I am not shy, if I have an issue, or don't agree / understand something... you'll know about it... ;D So far, that just hasn't happened.... (Kinda doubt it will honestly)....
