Dear powersport person's, I'm sure you all know or have heard about Kris Miles who was tragically injured earlier this year while riding his bike home from Wy'east Middle School. Kris is currently being cared for at home with his Dad as his caregiver. Ken is only able to work one day a week and Shannon is working full time. We are working on some great events to help the Miles family and need your help! Our first planned event is a car wash/rummage sale on Saturday, Sept. 5th Labor Day weekend with other fun things to come! We need rummage sale items! What a great way to clean out your garage! The family currently needs dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, sz medium gloves, adult diapers size 1 and school supplies for all the kids. Please join us on Sunday and feel free to bring any donations at that time. If you have any questions or have donations that we can pick up please call Jenefer Mobley @ 449-3161 or Tina Crawford @ 281-9342. Hope to see you there! We are also collecting items for a benefit auction, so donations of goods and services would be appreciated. We know things are tight for everyone but no donation is too small - and your time is just a valuable as $$. Well me being unemployed and having no unemployment checks coming in either right now, I can relate to how they are feeling money wise. Its hard times right now for some. God has still blessed us by my wife still having work. Just enough to keep going. I will try to get a few things I have that can be donated for the rummage sale. Where do I bring them? Or can someone pick them up from my house? I may be gone this weekend so sooner is better. Are clothes one thing to give? Or is this a anything goes deal?

I think it is anything goes-as long as it good stuff. And I think I could pick it up if close, then take it to Jen at my work.
