All Pistons Wild Family and Friends,,
I Invite you to come to my house for trick or treating with your kids,, no kid? come and help us haunt.
Our Annual Haunted Garage and Canned Food Drive for the North County Food Bank.
Our house is decorated up Big Time. With about 20 people performing the Michael Jackson Thriller Dance every 15 minutes.
This is a event gone crazy. Last year we had at least 600 kids trick or treat at our Battleground Home. bring some non- perishable or canned food. cash donations will go directly to the food bank as well.
Event starts at 6:30 and goes till 8:30. Address is 503 NW 16th Street, Battleground WA 98604 mapquest it. my home number is 360 687 7985
Easy to find. east side of Hwy 503 north or Battleground city by 1 mile. Right on Onsdorf Blvd ( light ) (see haunted garage signs as well ) and two and a half blocks from that point. our house backs Onsdorf. See strobe light pumpkin on our roof from hwy 503. one block north of onsdorf.
Hope to see a bunch of us there. Dave.

Darel and I went to Hootie's Haunted Garage last night dressed up as Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf.
Cool show Hootie - great job by the ladies with the "Thriller" dance - we loved it and the kids really seemed to enjoy the show.
Please post up how many kids you had this year and how much food you gathered for the food bank.
Since we don't have children and were starting to look out of place in a creepy sort of way, we took off and met Rick and Kira at Casa Tapatia's in Woodland where Hootie was DJ for the Casa Halloween Costume Party.
Darel won best male costume and following are the top 10 things we learned last night:
1) drunk chicks in trampy costumes L-O-V-E the big bad wolf.
2) stone sober grown men L-O-V-E the big bad wolf --- WTH?
3) the average adult cannot tell the difference between "The Big Bad Wolf", "Goofy" and "Wyl-e-Coyote"
4) the average four-year old knows the difference and can explain it to you
5) when wearing the big bad wolf costume - you should not drink alot of liquids (see #6)
6) the big bad wolf costume does not have a zipper in the front
7) a person can NOT get out of the big bad wolf costume by himself (beware of #1)
8) there are alot of REALLY BAD Little Red Riding Hood / Big Bad Wolf jokes out there and drunk guys can't wait to share them with you - over and over and over and over and over again...
9) if you have a need to see strange women's under wear - just wear a big bad wolf costume to a local bar on Halloween night.
10) not just anyone can or should wear a thong
Thanks for a great time Hootie - Darel and I rarely go out on Halloween and although the evening was a little "scary" at times it was definitely worth the trip...

On behalf of the Sweet Potato Queens.. ( not me.. MY WIFE ! ) (just thought I should clarify that one)...
A Big Thank You.. Darel and Crystal thanks for coming. glad to have you here last night.
We could not even begin to guess how many people we had stop by last night.. except to gauge by the amount of cups we used for cider.. 500 + cups of cider given out.
I figure half or less than half.. or maybe a third even take cider.. so.. 1000 or 1200 people?? crazy.
Saw more poorboys here than Pistons. Ken and Renae.. Rescue Ranger showed up.. and Kevin and Melissa ,, mudslinger and his wife.. plus
As far as how much food collected? This was a benefit for the North County Food Bank. TOTAL Food Collected was Nearly 300 lbs. Last year was 207 lbs. and this is a 3 hour event.. almost a hundred lbs an hour. or 1 1/2 lbs a minute.. impressive.
Overall a great sucess. Next year.. you come too ! Dave.

How long you been doing this Hootie? I think I may have been there a few Halloweens ago (Say maybe 5-6 years?).
