Here is the full report:
Thursday;
My friend Dan and Floyd showed up in the afternoon to start saving us camping places for all of us to enjoy. (what a trooper)
Friday;
Rick, Kira, Darian and Slymer, Doug Van Dyke and Ol' Black and Me and my rig arrived in Evans Creek Park at about 12:30pm. Soon to follow was the Crowders, the Jondahls and Dustin with their machinery. We got settled into our camping spots, and decided to go wheelin' alittle. Dan and his fearless leadership skills lead us to the lower 311 trail. We ran this with only one small casualty... A FIRE!!! Well, it wasn't anything to big. Ol' Black decided it wanted some attention. So, the carb caught fire and Darel was right there to put it out and save the day. The rig restarted easily and we went our way. Then Rick almost rolled his rig on a rocky uphill climb. No biggie... He just sucked the seat into his... well you get the picture. After some strapin' he was back on the trail. During the trail ride, we pulled up to the vista where you see all of our rigs in front of Mount Rainier. What an awesome view of Gods country. The picture barely tells the story. Anyway, down the hill back to camp to have dinner and wait for Curtiss and Zach (A neighbor friend of mine. He is new to the forum) They showed up around 10 - 10:30. Just in time for bed. Zach shared with us, that he came across a truck that had flipped over on the main road to the park and he helped them upright it. Yes, alcohol was involved.
Saturday;
We hit the trails at 9:00 am after a good breakfast. We had two more rigs join us. Justin (a friend of Zach's) with a nice TJ and Howard (a member of WaZuks) with a Samurai. Along with Joey and Kayla. Joey road with someone and Kayla stayed around the camp and read an amazing amount of pages in two books. Like 600... . Dan led us around like little puppies through the remaining trails except 102. What a great day out in the woods. (check the pics in photo bucket) Only small incidences... Like Doug V. wanted a good view of the sky, so he parked his rig on the bumper with one wheel in the air. Here comes the winch line. I think Rick and Doug V. passed that cowbell back and forth a half a dozen times. Also, Zach hit his front steering arm and bent it up good. We got back and Rick and Joey straightened it back out. Thanks to those guys from Zach. It made for an adventurous day. We had a BLAST!!!
Back to camp for some awesome grub. Good Ol' American Cookout. I was in my element. There was steak, brats, potatoes, salads and a whole bunch of other things that I can't list, cause I'm making myself hungry. After we stuffed ourselves like little pigs. We had good conversation around the fire and off to bed we went. Joey, Kayle, Zach, Howard and Curtiss all took off that day.
Sunday;
After breakfast, Howard came back to join us again on the trails. Dan did the usual, leading us in the direction of the last trail, 102. We ran that trail and also 520 the opposite direction. Again, another great trail day with very few problems. Back to camp for a late lunch and on our way home with great memories of a good weekend wheelin. We did hear of a rig rolled over and some guy broke his leg. Emergency vehicles were rolling up the road as we were leaving. I hope he is going to be alright.
Well, that's all I can remember. If I missed something, fill us in on it. Again, Thanks to Dan, Floyd and Howard for being great hosts. I look forward to doing this again very soon.
I might be going again in October before the snow hits. Don't get your hopes up. I'll keep you posted.
Enjoy For Now!

I'm sorry to have missed this one, although winning a drag race was cool, too. Any chance for a return trip this year?
