ALAS! Its on the road again I have 30+ miles on it already today, though it took me 4 hours to do that cause I had to let it cool down all the time. They make no noise, and they are very smooth riding. The rear locker works in the gravel! Not sure about the front since I haven't mounted my solenoid yet (I have no fittings). I dont know how hot the front and rear ends are supposed to be when done driving 10 miles or so but I can hold my hand on the pumpkin no problem.....the rear is quite a bit warmer though. Here is the final gear pattern for my front D30 Drive side which I got a good picture of. Coast side which I couldn't seem to get a good photo of. And a shot of it installed. That Freeking air line on the housing was a nightmare. Due to the bracketry of my lift and the tall gears I had to angle it and do some weird things. I have clearance and its air tight so it should work great. Praise the Lord!!!! On to the next project!

if your replacing your manifold throw both of those away as they are GARBAGE!!
Get the ones with the flex bellows in them and youll not have the issue of cracked manifolds anymore.

HELP!
Turns out my wheels have to much negative offset pushing the tire inside instead of out. I need either A: Spacers or B: New Wheels
Anyone have any spacers? I need at least 1" worth.
I went with my stock header that I welded up for now till I can afford a nice one.

Ended up buying a set of wheel spacers from Woody's 4x4 and they worked great. Thanks for the good deal Tom The tires are now on, both rear end and front end fluids have been changed as well as an oil change last night till 12. Also got my rock light tabs welded on so I can rivet those on this morning before I head to Winchester Bay for Dune Fest!
